Thought-provoking Sachs appeal

This year’s Royal Society Reith Lectures are given by Jeffrey Sachs, internationally renowned economist. The first was broadcast this morning and sets the template for what should prove to be a thought-provoking and challenging series. The BBC Radio 4 website has podcasts of each lecture available for a week, as well as links to transcripts, an open discussion forum and a link to the above page. Hopefully, this series will get the coverage it deserves on the climate blogs, in particular, the ones which you will find links to on the sidebar.
